Questions
Hello , which way is in and which way is out tubing connection for heat exchanger left or right of the F600 ? Than please is 19 inch deep the box case ? Or till the tubes ?
Heat exchange tubing doesn't matter which way it is connected to the engine coolant. The water plumbing for use is labeled.
Unsure on the dimensions question, probably the box, as you will need clearance in front of the unit for attaching the water lines.

where do you install the magnesium anode
see manual https://defender.com/assets/pdf/seaward/seaward_waterheaters_install2.pdf page 2.
The anode replaces the drain valve

what is considered the front, i.e. wxhxd which is which?
Looking at the front where the tubing comes out of the unit;
The Width is the horizontal and the Height is the vertical. Depth is from the front to the back
