Sharp out of the box
I haven't used it yet, but was happy to see the knife razor sharp out of the box. All seems to be good quality for the price. I has joined my hand-bearing compass in my "always have with me" bag.

No- I do not recall one when I received it, but there is a loop to clip to it.
