- During the activation process in the second sign in screen under service options, customers will enter the
13-digit promotion code: TRACKAPALOOZA.
- Next customers click apply code button and complete the registration process.
- Customers have to sign up for basic service & product replacement to receive Free Tracking
Basic Service Plan ($99.99 per year)
To activate your SPOT you will need to purchase the Basic Service plan.
The Basic Service Plan includes these unlimited services:
SOS: Notifies the emergency response center of your GPS location
Help: Ask family and friends for help or request SPOT Assist (additional service fee for SPOT Assist)
Check-in/OK: Let contacts know where you are and that your are OK
Custom Message: Send a custom message to family and friends (SPOT GPS Satellite Messenger only)
Product Replacement Program ($17.99 per year)
Offers registered SPOT users the ability to quickly replace your damaged, lost or stolen SPOT device.
