Genesis Inflatable Boats

The world of inflatable rib tenders has changed with the introduction of the Walker Bay Genesis and Genesis Light boats for 2006.Three sizes from 8’ 10” to11’ 2” in four different configurations set the new standard for design, function and style.

Walker Bay uses the latest technology to create a high impact marine composite hull with removable buoyancy tubes. By making simple changes, Walker Bay is able to offer the Genesis in a deluxe version or a light version with either folding or rigid transom and with a choice of PVC or Hypalon tubes. All models come with removable floorboard sections incorporating grip inserts. Seating includes cup holders and storage.

The composite hull includes two built-in wheels for easy launching and retrieval and trim tabs. The hull material does not require anti-fouling paint and resists cracking, crazing and damage from beaching. A sacrificial beaching shoe can be easily replaced should it wear or become damaged.

The Genesis is a new concept in inflatable ribs and includes many features not available from other designs – broad seat with cup holders and removable storage locker and stainless steel handle, bow locker, telescoping oars/paddles, fold down oar locks, heavy duty rub rail and more.
