How easy is it for customers to solve install or connection problems? |
| A: | We have 24/7 tech support if the customer requires any help. All units come with an ACU (antenna control unit) which does self diagnostics. Boater can literally trouble shoot if needed without having to call for tech support. Competition requires a laptop to download files etc. |

Why are your products better than the competition? |

- Speed--Our antennas acquire faster than any competition. And because our antenna tracks the signal from the satellite, and does not use a gyro or rate sensor to track vessel motion, it is superior at tracking in any conditions.
Antennas that use gyros and rate sesors to measure vessel motion to track, cannot detect small motions.When swinging on a mooring, the antenna with a gyro will lose satellite, and then take several minutes to reacquire.
- Weight--Gyros and rate sensors are fragile, and removing them makes our antenna lighter, rugged, and durable.
- Size--Our smaller antennas (i.e.. the i2) has the performance specifications of the competitions larger and more expensive antennas.
- Warranty--We are the only company in the industry to offer a 3 year warranty....the competition is 1 or 2.
- All antennas are built to mil spec standards--our environmental and shock tests are double the industry standard--i.e.--our shock test goes to 20g's-most manufacturers test to 5..
