    This is a true career opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager to run our Boaters’ Warehouse Outlet Store. The ideal candidate will be an experienced boater and marine industry professional with strong leadership, retail sales management, organizational, merchandising, marketing, customer service, communications, and inventory control skills. Getting the details right the first time is important - to us and to our Customers. You must be a take-charge, independent self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude that is also comfortable with computerized sales and inventory systems.

    Your primary responsibility is to direct all outlet store operations and Associates in the pursuit of company goals for sales, Customer service, inventory control, and merchandising. Boating &/or Marine industry experience required. Five years successful retail management preferred, P&L responsibility a plus. Maintaining win-win relationships with Staff, Customers, and Suppliers in an inclusive environment that houses the entire company in one location.

    Front End Supervisor


    • 3-5+ years retail experience, preferably marine, but not an absolute requirement
    • Experience supervising, scheduling and training employees in a fast paced retail environment
    • Proficient with computer applications; cashier experience a plus
    • Excellent communication and relational skills
    • Proactive, resourceful and positive approach
    • Organized with strong attention to detail
    • Must be professional, reliable and possess common sense


    • Establishes and provides high standards in customer relations, product knowledge, dynamic inventory control and sales floor services
    • Maintains optimum customer service levels through personalized, friendly service
    • Maintains store cleanliness & facility conditions
    • Maintains a vigilant security watch on store merchandise, as well as customer safety
