WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Requires warehouse experience with all receiving and inventory functions.  Working from computer generated documents to locate, verify, receive document and track the put away marine products. Must be organized and detail orientated.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review daily and future purchase orders.
  
• Ensures that purchase orders and actual items match, makes appropriate adjustments.
  
• Train warehouse staff.
  
• Assist in other departments, inventory control, shipping and packing.
  
• Assists with correcting receiving errors.
  
• Frequent communication with purchasing, accounting, vendors and warehouse management.
  
• Prepare the work area for next day.
  
• Answer, transfer calls, take messages, page and make phone calls as necessary.
  
• Frequent direct contact with outside vendors such as LTL and small package carriers.
  
• Processing of freight claims

ELECTRONIC PUBLISHING / WEB CONTENT SPECIALIST

The ideal candidate will be creative and detail oriented with a good sense of layout & design. Strong communications, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills a must.
Requires proficiency using QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Acrobat to create & format graphics & documents including large catalogs, advertisements, & various promotional materials for print & electronic media.Also requires experience creating, proofing, & maintaining web pages/content working with HTML, ASP, .NET, JAVA, DreamWeaver, Visual Studio, Crimson Editor, FireBug, etc. Knowledge of SEO / SEM / PPC helpful.
