Including Front End Supervisor

Ideal candidates will have a wealth of boating experience, high energy and the desire and ability to provide an excellent customer experience.


  • 3-5+ years retail experience, preferably marine, but not an absolute requirement
  • Experience managing, scheduling and training employees in a fast paced retail environment
  • Proficient with computer applications; cashier experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and relational skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and positive approach
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Establishes and maintains priorities
  • Must be professional, reliable and possess common sense


  • Establishes and provides high standards in customer relations, product knowledge, dynamic inventory control and sales floor services
  • Maintains optimum customer service levels through personalized, friendly service
  • Maintains a knowledge of all products and current marketing strategies
  • Maintains store cleanliness & facility conditions
  • Maintains a vigilant security watch on store merchandise, as well as customer safety
