Ideal for transom flaps, rudder fairings, and more, it offers a clean, effective finish that's easy to install.

Description
Hawk's Slot Strip is a specially formulated laminate of Polyester film and Dacron sailcloth used to cover the centerboard or daggerboard slot to keep water out while allowing the centerboard or daggerboard to pass through it. Slot strip also works great as transom flaps on racing dinghies and rudder and keel fairing's on yachts. Slot Strip can be applied with epoxy, Sikaflex compounds or contact adhesive.
