Sea-Dog's LED Day/Night Dome Light comes prewired with an on/off/on rocker switch to control two separate light circuits; one circuit uses a clear bulb and the other circuit uses a red night vision bulb.

The light was a perfect fit - Proline Express 23WA
The light was a perfect fit for what I was replacing (Proline Express 23 WA) I did modify it to include the spreader light switch by drilling a small hole which worked out great. I would have liked to see a metal chrome rather than plastic, let's see how well the shine holds up to the sea conditions. Lastly I would like to see it come with a weather sealing gasket, my old one had this and it fit on this new one just fine but a new gasket as part of the new fixture would be better.

Easy to install. Switch between LED red or white. Low profile. Great product.

Questions
What type of white liqqgght? Warm, cool, bright. Can a dimmer be installed?
It is a white light, bright. I would be surprised if a dimmer would work on led. No experience with it. It is nice to have the red for night sailing and bright for at anchor. Ours is over the nav station.

Can you turn on the red light without turning on the white light?
Yes, the red and white lights are on different circuits controlled by an on-off-on switch one side being white and the other red.

I am looking to replace my existing dome light just like this one and it appears to be a flush mounted unit. My question is how do I remove the existing light from the ceiling? Is it a matter of prying it off without damaging the ceiling?
Every installation is different - so we would suggest that you carefully inspect the light for any hidden screws that may be able to be removed first. Then check for any sealant that may have been used and at this point you may need to gently pry the light from the overhead being careful to not destroy any fiberglass or wood.
