        • So get rid of that old, unreliable float switch and go with a switch you can trust, a product backed by 20 years of experience in the marine industry
        • The Water Witch® Model 101 submersible electronic bilge pump switches allow boat owners to forever rid themselves of the archaic outdated float switch

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It failed when I needed! I was sick of failing float switched, so I decided to give this one a try. I installed mine 3 months ago and after not checking the bilge for 2 weeks, I was surprised that it was full of water; the switch failed! I was very disappointed! I've checked the pump and it is working so I know that the problem is the switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quality product 5 year warrantee More expensive than other solutions, but Worked perfectly right out of the box with zero hastle and shuts off every time. Now 6 weeks later it has not failed once and the time I saved not having to trouble shoot was well worth any additional cost over the other products that had reviews that said it wouldn't shut off and ran the battery dead.

        Questions

Help,  My Water Witch failed. Bilge flooded, boat full of water. It will work on manual but not auto. Had been working perfectly past 5 months. Bought it here in March ‘23. Bilge pump is working fine. Any ideas? Thanks you!

As the description claims oil and fuel do not affect it, not sure that was your problem. Alge and slime may affect it. Fresh water is claimed to have enough mineral content to trigger the switch. Seems that this somewhat of an issue at times. Best remedy is Check your Boat more Often!
