Description
Gullsweep® keeps boats free from gulls by continuously sweeping the area where they are inclined to land. Support arms are bright anodized aluminum that are very resistant to the effects of salt water. The slightest breeze rotates the sweep and has been tested at wind velocities in excess of 60 mph with no adverse effects. The Gullsweep can be easily mounted, dismounted and stores quickly when boating.

Well Built and Effective
Attached to boom of sailboat. Has worked well at stopping birds from crapping all over my boat. After two serious crapping events I installed two Gull Sweeps on my boom. Birds have attempted to land on my boom, as evidenced by two minor messes, but then must have been knocked off when a light breeze started spinning it. It does not take much wind for it to spin. The gull sweep is the only deterrent I’ve tried that has worked (predetermined decoy and scary eye did not).
