The Blue Sea Systems Source Selection Rotary Switch Panel (8367) allows you to select from 2 sources of incoming AC power and to turn off all power sources. This panel includes a green ON and red REVERSE POLARITY indicating LEDs for each power source and a set of labels.

Good switch
Great switch with a well-labeled diagram. My only quip is that it did not come with a hole template, and it was particularly tricky/tight tolerance to measure out.
