Dinghy Floatline is a durable, brightly colored and spliceable tow line that floats on the surface of the water for improved visibility. This double braided rope of nylon over polypropylene is torque free and non hockling. Dinghy Tow Rope retains its strength when wet or dry.

Neither fish nor fowl
The core stretches significantly less than the cover so take this into account for eye splices around thimbles -- I have a small collection of splices where the core with the cover inside would not seat properly

great for sheets, handles well and floats.
The strength and fact that this float makes it a great sheet for my 22-foot sailboat. No more worrying about lines in the prop when single handing

Floating line problems
We have used similar line for years. This line is inferior. The outside covering pulls away from the inner core and forms a bulge. Disappointed in this purchase.

Super strong thin line
I bought this line too because I have small cleats and wanted very strong line for the diameter. This line is like steel and met my needs perfectly.
