West System Episize Carbon Tape

Features:

• All of the strands in West System Episize Carbon Tape are aligned in the same direction and are held together with a light fiber scrim
• Exceptionally easy to handle and wet out due to a polyester fill thread which ties the fiber bundles together
• Unidirectional Carbon is 11. 1 Oz. E-glass for strength where stiffness is less important
• Carbon tape, with 144,000 fibers per inch, provides excellent strength and stiffness without much weight
• Each ply measures about .015" Thick
• Use epoxy resin only
• Used in composite construction or reinforcement repairs
