    Sudbury® Elastomeric Marine Sealant

    Features:

    • A one-part, fast skinning (10 minutes) with curing in 1-7 days* this multi-purpose marine-grade sealant has superior strength, adhesion and elongation characteristics
    • Cures in temperatures of -20°F (-28.9°C) to 120°F (48.9°C); can be wet sanded and painted after curing
    • Excellent flexibility and compression capabilities
    • Heavy-duty use above or below the waterline – cured sealant twists, bends, expands and compresses
    • Seals ports, beds hardware and stops leaks
    • Resistant to teak cleaners, oil, diesel fuel and salt water
    • Adheres tenaciously without primers to fiberglass, glass, plastic, starboard, metal and wood
    • Note: This sealant adheres to Starboard to provide a tight seal. Mechanically fastening the starboard is still recommended
    • Simple clean-up with mineral spirits
    • Not recommended for wooden deck seams or use in areas subject to gasoline

    Specifications:

    • Material: One-part elastomeric polymer
    • Color: Specify black, clear, sea foam, or white
    • Container: 10 fl. oz. (296 ml) cartridge
    • Cure Time: 1 - 7 days @ 40°F - 50°F*

*NOTE: Cure times vary based on temperature and thickness of application. This sealant cures from the outside in. Warmer surface and ambient temperatures will speed up cure time.
