Waste of money
Installed three of these. There is no rhyme or reason when they cycle the pump. Pump can cycle continuously while the switch is dry, or sometimes it works fine. Totally unreliable.

Water witch bilge pump switch.
Purchased this one because the another brand of similar electronic switch was passing a low level current that was sufficient to cause my high water alarm (truck backup siren) to beep at low volume level. This solved the problem. The switch has a slight delay before activating but at present I view that insignificant. I have not connected a secondary bilge pump to the circuit yet, but this is another potential use for my installation.
