Piece of mind
Can't go wrong with these. Replaced same pendants after more than 5 years of use.

Questions
Aren't Stainless Steel and Galvanized Steel reactive, ie, prone to galvanic corrosion? Therefore, these SS thimbles should not be used with Galvanized, right?
I've not experienced any galvanic corrosion due to the thimbles being SS. I think it will take a really long time for this to be significant, longer than the life expectancy of the pendant, perhaps due to the fact that the contact surface is small and constantly changing.
Having your mooring setup inspected every season by a professional diver is the best approach to prevent any major issues. Visually inspect for chafing constantly, this is a far more common issue.
