261795GX1BLA Standard Horizon Standard Horizon Explorer GX1800 Fixed-Mount VHF Radio w/NMEA 0183 and GPS GX1800GB

The Standard Horizon GX1800 / GX1850 Series Marine VHF/FM Marine transceiver is designed to be used in International, USA, Canadian and other Region Marine channels. The GX1850 /GX1800 Series can be operated from 11 to 16 Volt DC and has a switchable RF output power of 1 watt or 25 watts.

The GX1800/GX1850 Series is capable of DSC (Digital Selective Calling) ITU-R M.493 Class D operation. Class D operation allows continuous reception of Digital Selective Calling functions on channel 70 even while receiving calls on the voice channels. Only GX1850G and GX1800G have 66-channel internal GPS.

The GX1800/GX1850 Series operates on all currently-allocated marine channels and is switchable for use with International, USA, or Canadian regulations. Emergency channel 16 can be immediately selected from any other channel by pressing the [16/S] key. The GX1800 Series include NMEA 0183 compatibility. The GX1850G and GX1850 have NMEA 2000 compatibility. Both have high expandability. Standard Horizon GX1850 / GX1850G Transceiver is NMEA2000 compatible with easy plug and play connectivity to the NMEA bus. A single plug in interface allows connectivity of GPS data, and DSC calling between compatible devices.

The GX1800/GX1850 Series are capable of being connected to the optional wired SSM-70H (RAM4) micro-phone, which provides full remote control of all VHF and DSC functions. It also includes an intercom feature providing communication between the radio and the RAM4 microphone, scanning functions, priority scanning, dual watch, DSC position polling up to 6 vessels, high and low voltage warning, and repeatability of received GPS location information

E2O: Easy to Operate Menu System Redesigned with the operator in mind, the new Easy to Operate menu system is now more intuitive than ever. Access all the menu functions and settings with just a few simple steps. DSC calling and DSC programming has never been easier.

Ultra Compact Easy Installation: Mounting a VHF radio has never been easier. The Explorer Series VHF's have an ultra thin, compact rear case, only 3.3" in depth or half the depth of comparable VHF radios on the market. The rear case design also gives flexibility when flush mounting the radio in tight areas or bracket mounting the radio by taking up less dash space, and allowing more mounting options.

3-Year Waterproof Warranty: If your Explorer Series radio fails for any reason (including water damage) during normal use for the first 3 years of ownership, STANDARD HORIZON will repair or replace it free, without hassles or charges. If it fails for anytime thereafter in normal use, for as long as the original purchaser owns the radio, STANDARD Horizon's Lifetime Flat Rate and Customer Loyalty Service Programs will cover it.
