Custom Embroidery Ordering Instructions:

1. Use the selection grid (above) to select material color, then add to cart
2. Once a mat has been added to your cart, clearly indicate in the embroidering form:
• Font choice (Select from fonts listed below, also shown in image above. Please note your choice when completing your order.)
  • Fonts: Avante, Goudy and Designer
    • Available in upper case and lower case and all upper case
  • Fonts: Bold Script, Brush and Prestige
  • Only first letter of each word is available in upper case
  • All other letters are lower case
• Thread choice (Select from thread colors listed below, also shown in image above. Please note your choice when completing your order.)
  • Colors: Black, White, Silver, Gray, Navy, Baby Blue, Aqua, Red, Maroon, Gold, Brown, Tan, Champagne, Forest Green and Pink
• Custom embroidered message (All text will be embroidered in a centered format unless specified otherwise)
3. After completion, please make sure all personalization is correct (spelling, upper / lower case) and submit the embroidering form

Custom items cannot be returned and orders cannot be changed once the order is in process.
