The Groco Polyethylene Replacement Strainer Basket is designed for use with Groco raw water strainers.
Features:
- Polyethylene replacement strainer basket
- Applications: Groco raw water strainers
- Basket should be inspected and cleaned frequently
- Clean the sight glass with mild soapy water only
- Do not use chemical cleaners
- Cap, O-rings and threads should be lubricated annually with silicon or Teflon-based grease to make future maintenance easier
- Cap should be only hand-tightened, which is sufficient for O-ring seals.
- The Groco SW2531 spanner wrench (sold separately) helps break loose a stuck cap
- Spanner wrench is not intended for cap tightening
