          Questions

What is the diameter of the rim on the deck plate? And what is the maximum diameter whole in the deck into which the deck plate can be mounted and still have the screws go into the fiberglass around the hole?

          Asked by: Mark Sailor
In my experience, the newer deck fills are slightly smaller than the older fills say from the 70's. It's best to fill the deck fill hole with marine tex and drill a new hole.
