Groco Raw Water Strainer Replacement Filter Basket - Polyethylene - BP-6

The Groco Polyethylene Replacement Strainer Basket is designed for use with Groco raw water strainers ARG-1500, SA-1500 and VD-1500.

Features:

• Polyethylene replacement strainer basket
• Applications: Groco raw water strainers ARG-1500, SA-1500 and VD-1500
• Basket should be inspected and cleaned frequently
  • Clean the sight glass with mild soapy water only
  • Do not use chemical cleaners
  • Cap, O-rings and threads should be lubricated annually with silicon or Teflon-based grease to make future maintenance easier
• Cap should be only hand-tightened, which is sufficient for O-ring seals.
• The Groco SW2531 spanner wrench (sold separately) helps break loose a stuck cap
  • Spanner wrench is not intended for cap tightening
